Jonquil: Handspun, hand-dyed yarn

Meet Jonquil: a sweet springtime yarn in grass green and soft gold. This dye lot spun up into long, slow color changes that I couldn’t bear to break up into smaller skeins. As an experiment, I’m offering it as a single cake instead. At 940 yards/245 grams, this chonky boi would make a gorgeous shawl, scarf, or child’s sweater.

100% Corriedale wool, hand-dyed and handspun. Yarn is 2-ply, fingering to sport weight (12-14 WPI).
